specializing in Motor Finance. I left to Join Humberclyde

Mike Latham
I live in Worcestershire, and have spent a decade with
Barclays Bank Asset Finance. I have been broking now for
over 7 years, and I enjoy working with Rural Finance. It's
a great team of individuals which gives my broking life
a different perspective, as I am able to share idea's and
explore new channels of doing business together. I have
been covering South Midlands and South Wales for the past
17 years. I do mainly agricultural and all other types of
sector asset finance. In my office I have the support of
Max Stanley, who has industry experience gained at Benchmark
Finance, in Evesham. Together we are able to fully support
our customers' financial requirements. |

I have spent 21 years in the finance industry working for 3 major Finance Houses, mainly in the Agricultural Sector. For the last 7 years I have been an independent broker on the Shropshire Welsh Border. I have been involved in finance for 17 years covering the
Cotswolds to the south coast, initially working for Barclays
Bank - Highland Finance and then becoming a broker in 1999.
I live and work from our small holding in the Cotswolds,

David
Turner
I joined Rural Finance on 2nd January 2007, having taken
early retirement from Barclays PLC. Working in corporate
banking and asset finance, I have spent most of my working
life with Barclays. I left as general manager with responsibility
for agriculture and associated industries.
My initial role in Rural Finance was for the internal and
external development of the business. In August I took over
responsibility for driving the whole business as managing
director with specific responsibility for funder relationships,
the partner broker program and national account initiatives.
I am married to Joanna and we have two grown children both
of whom are now also married. We live in rural North Yorkshire
where we both pursue rural outdoor interests, cooking and
reading, with Joanna also managing some charity work for
the local hospice.

Glover
I have been in finance for 19 years. I was with Barclays as Area Manager for 5 years. I then went self-employed with FAF for 5 years. I have been self employed since. I work from home, with one employee, and I am based in Ayrshire (Rabbie Burns country). I cover the West Coast of Scotland. I also own and run a beef / cereal farm which has been in the family for many years, in fact, I'm in the 6th generation. My first-hand experience in farming gives me a good knowledge of farming and all the changes that surround the sector.
