Rural Finance Limited is the largest Agricultural Finance Broker in the UK and has been established since 2004. We are looking for new brokers specialising in agriculture, construction and grounds care to join our expanding business. There will be support from Rural Finance’s Head office and directors. There is an Annual Conference to discuss Financial Conduct Authority changes and keep up to date with our Funders new and old.

Job Description:

We require the following:

  • Working with customers arranging finance to best suite their business needs.
  • Assisting customer’s with paperwork.
  • Networking to increase clientele.
  • Liaising with funders and Rural Finance’s Head office.
  • Opportunity to become an Appointed Representative under Rural Finance
  • Excellent Finance Knowledge
  • Ability to conduct frontend sales functions
  • Good understanding of market knowledge/ asset finance

Person Specification:

We require the following:

  • Experience as financial broker in a similar setting or experience working in financial industry.
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • A good understanding of Word, Publisher and Excel
  • Ability to learn and use company databases
  • Organised and methodical approach to working
  • Good verbal and communication skills
  • Good understanding and Knowledge of Financial Conduct Authority rules and regulations
